Vossablokka
Certification/Marking- Marking and testing have been carried out in accordance with Norwegian Standard NS 2675, section 4. Single-sheave blocks are marked with WLL equal to 0.5 times the permissible load in the suspension joint - with a bottom connection, WLL is equal to 1/3 of the permissible load in the suspension joint. Multi-sheave blocks are marked with WLL equal to the permissible load on the suspension joint.
Testing – The load tests are carried out based on the stated WLL (Work Load Limit = safe load). WLL is in tonnes (MP). Single-sheave blocks are test loaded in the suspension joint with 4 x WLL. Multi-disc blocks up to and including 25 tons are test loaded with 2 x WLL.
